Black Down
Blackdown has the hghest point in the South Downs National Park. It is a great pplace for hikers and dog walkers. Beautiful views can be seen at many points during the walk. It was the home of Alfred Lord Tennyson. Tennyson's Lane is a high, sunken tree lined tunnel lane that runs from Haslemere past the highest home, Aldworth House (today a couple of homes).
